SimpliQualify, operated by Parag Kandekar(SM Mentors), offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
- Email support@simpliqualify.com with your order details and the reason for the refund.
We will work with Paddle to process eligible refunds promptly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the app. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again.
